When will my items ship?
Items will typically ship next business day if ordered before 2PM CST. It can however take up to 2 business days in some rare cases.
What if I am looking for an item that is not on the website?
If you are looking for a specific tool from the manufacturers that we carry, send us an email and we will do our best to track down the item for you for purchase.
Can I get my order faster than ground shipping?
Yes. We offer a number of different expedited shipping options from Federal Express for items/orders that are less than 150 pounds. These options and rates are also calculated during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
Our return and exchange policy can be viewed under the "Policies" link at the bottom of this page.
Can I call in an order?
No, unless told otherwise by our staff via the chat tool. Our orders have to go through a process that starts when an order is made online.
Will I be charged sales tax?
You will be automatically be charged sales tax in any state that requires it. If you are tax exempt, please create an account and then send your tax exempt form to IT@polartool.us and we will get that registered to your account.
