Outside Sales & Operations Associate

(Superior, WI)

Polar Tool & Supply is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and well-rounded person to join our team.
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–4:30 PM

This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. We are looking for someone who can help with outside sales,deliveries, in-store sales, customer service, and the day-to-day needs of our business.

What You'll Be Doing:
    •    Outside sales and building relationships with contractors and customers
    •    Helping customers with in-store sales and product selection
    •    Making local deliveries
    •    Loading and unloading products
    •    Helping with stocking and organizing inventory
    •    Assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
    •    Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software

    •    People person who enjoys working with customers
    •    Some knowledge or experience in the construction industry
    •    Willingness to learn about our products and industry
    •    Honest, reliable, and hardworking
    •    Strong integrity and work ethic
    •    Good communication skills
    •    Able to work independently and as part of a team
    •    Willing to pitch in and do whatever needs to be done
    •    Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds — nails, screws, tools, and other construction supplies can be heavy

Construction experience is a big plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a good attitude and is willing to learn.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, jump in wherever needed, and take pride in doing the job right.
