Polar Tool & Supply is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and well-rounded person for a hands-on role supporting outside sales, deliveries, in-store sales, customer service, and daily operations.

If you enjoy working with customers, getting out of the office, and staying busy, this role offers a variety of ways to contribute to our team.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with contractors and customers through outside sales.
• Help customers with in-store sales and product selection.
• Make local deliveries.
• Load and unload products.
• Stock and organize inventory.
• Support day-to-day operations and pitch in where needed.

What we’re looking for

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• A customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
• Some knowledge or experience in the construction industry.
• A willingness to learn about our products and industry.
• Honesty, reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to help wherever needed.
• The ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds, including nails, screws, tools, and other construction supplies.

Construction experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
