Shipping

We currently only ship inside of the United States

For local (within 50 miles of MN Twin Cities area) job sites we have the ability to deliver the products to you rather that shipping them if you reach out to us first.

We ship the items out within 2 business days of the order excluding holidays.

Ground Shipping is a flat $10 cost for all products excluding nails and screws. If you want your item faster than that it will be based on Shippo shipping rates.

You will receive an email confirmation when the product ships so that you can track it.

Returns

For a return authorization, please use the Contact Us form and one of our agents will contact you in 1-3 business days.. All returned merchandise must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
  3. Original packing slip.
  4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
  5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise: Within 30 days from the shipping date, Polar Tool and Supply will exchange defective items for a replacement. We’ll also reimburse original ground shipping costs. For defects after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty info.

Non-defective merchandise: If you decide to return a non-defective item within 30 days of shipping, Polar Tool and Supply will provide a refund. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% and you’ll be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Gasoline-powered items: Once gas has been added, gasoline-powered items cannot be returned to Polar Tool and Supply. Instead, take the unit to an authorized service center for repair, typically covered under warranty. Check your product manual or the manufacturer for more warranty details.
