When will my items ship?

Items will ship next business day if ordered before 2PM CST.

What if I am looking for an item that is not on the website?

If you are looking for a specific tool from the manufacturers that we carry, send us an email and we will do our best to track down the item for you for purchase.

Can I get my order faster than ground shipping?

Yes. We offer a number of different expedited shipping options from Federal Express for items/orders that are less than 150 pounds. These options and rates are also calculated during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?

Can I call in an order?

Yes. You can place in an order over the phone by calling (651) 653-1838

Will I be charged sales tax?

You will be automatically be charged sales tax in any state that requires it. If you are tax exempt, please create an account and then send your tax exempt form to [email protected] and we will get that registered to your account.

Can I buy with a purchase order?

Yes, If you fill out the credit application we can change your account and make it so that you can make quotes and submit them with a purchase order..
